Cartagena Residences operates this website to offer direct short-term rental bookings for three apartments we manage in Cartagena, Colombia. We are not a marketplace or booking platform for other owners' properties.
When you submit a booking request, it is reviewed and manually approved by our team before it is confirmed - it is not an instant, automatic booking. You will receive an email when we receive your request, and a separate confirmation email once it is approved. Until a booking is confirmed, treat it as pending.
All prices shown on this site are in Colombian pesos (COP). Any mandatory additional fee that isn't included in the displayed total (for example, a building registration fee collected directly by a property) is itemized separately before you book.
Online payment is not yet available on this site; until it is, payment arrangements are communicated to you directly once your booking is confirmed.
Governed by our separate Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Each property's house rules, shown on its listing page, are part of your booking agreement. We may cancel a stay without refund if those rules are seriously or repeatedly violated.
We provide the accommodation as described on the site. To the extent permitted by Colombian law, we are not liable for indirect damages or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure); nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right you have as a consumer under Colombian law.
The text, photos, and design on this site belong to Cartagena Residences and may not be reused without our permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Complaints should first be sent to our Contact/PQRS channel; unresolved disputes may be brought before the relevant Colombian consumer-protection authority or courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version number above will change when we do.
