This is the single cancellation policy for every accommodation booking made through Cartagena Residences in Cartagena, Colombia. Deadlines use the confirmed check-in time and Colombia time (America/Bogota).
You may cancel at no cost up to 24 hours after making your booking, regardless of your check-in date.
Applies after the 24-hour free cancellation window above.

Where Colombia's statutory withdrawal right applies to this distance sale, the guest may exercise it within 5 business days after booking, provided the stay has not begun. This legal right overrides the table above when applicable and more favorable, and nothing in this policy limits a consumer's non-waivable rights.
If a booking is cancelled by the operator before check-in for a reason not caused by the guest, the guest receives a 100% refund and priority help finding an equivalent available property.
Use the "Cancel booking" link sent in your booking confirmation email. Cancellation takes effect when logged by the platform.
