Manage your booking

Look up your booking and get a link to view or cancel it.

How booking works

  1. You request a booking. Pick your dates and submit your details - this reserves nothing yet, it's a request.
  2. We review it. Our team checks it and manually approves or declines it - there's no automatic confirmation.
  3. You get a confirmation email. Once approved, we send a confirmation with your exact address and a link to manage or cancel the booking. If declined, we'll let you know and help you find an alternative where possible.
  4. Payment is currently arranged directly with us, since online payment isn't available on the site yet.
